Fall is finally among us! This is my absolute favourite season to get outdoors and capture families at their finest for many reasons ~ cool air, warm sun, and the beautiful sun flare to name a few!
Be it a morning or early evening session the sun is at the perfect height to capture that lovely, dreamy flare ~ go ahead, overexpose my image dreamy sun, it makes it all the warmer. If you’ve studied photography, or even dabble in the field, one of the main rules is ~ do not shoot into the sun! Well, well there are rules for a reason right, so we can break them 😉
I was so happy when I was contacted to photograph this family again! Not only because I was excited to see how much their sweet baby boy had grown since I worked with him as a newborn, but also because we went to high school together and I love seeing friends from my past. It fills my heart to see them happy, and very much in love, with each other, and their precious little man.
The circle of life friends ~ cherish it, embrace it, live it!
