Hand & Stone | Oakville Newborn Photographer

A few weeks back I was visiting the lovely Hand & Stone Spa in Burlington and noticed an absolutely radiant mommy-to-be behind the counter.  Now I don’t usually do this (actually this may have been my second time in 6 years) but I decided to approach her and ask if she was planning on having her newborn photographed………rather then bore you with the entire encounter, I’m sure you can imagine just how it went 😉

Much to my delight, 5 weeks later I received a call that she  had recently welcomed her baby boy into the world and she hoped to work with me……..insert happy dance here……..I was super excited!  Not only because I was soon to have a newborn in my presence, but also because this super sweet, soft spoken mamma was sure to be an absolute joy to work with!  I mean really, the owner of a gorgeous, zen filled, beautiful spa, how could she not have a relaxed baby?!?!  He had been surrounded by serenity from the moment he was conceived and boy did it ever show ~  he was super relaxed, content, and an all around happy, handsome wee one!

It has been a joy to meet and work with you ‘mom & dad’.  Thank you so very much for allowing me the pleasure of working with you and your growing family at such an important time in your lives.  The love you share for one another, and now your precious baby boy, is so very heart-warming and enjoyable to be surrounded by ~ even if only for a couple of hours!

Enjoy your peek, more importantly, enjoy this precious new gift of yours!

Beautiful pictures of Sebastian and mom and dad. Very creative and unique. Lucky little boy. Lucky mom and dad, too.

As a doting grandmother, I think the pictures are wonderful; I especially like the last one and the one of the family together. Thank you for your thoughtful work.
