Documenting new life is my passion, what drives me, what gets my creative juices flowing. Whether the session takes place in my studio with a variety of different props and poses or in your home with your natural environment as the backdrop, I just love both options so very, very much.
While they are two very different sessions, the focus always remains the same, your new bundle of joy!
I was welcomed into this charming, cozy home on a beautiful Monday morning, perfect start to the week if you ask me. The sun was shinning, the baby was awake and incredibly content, and the new family of three was ready to document this huge milestone in their lives. Not only was I wowed at the contentment of their precious baby girl, but also by the way they have decorated their home, with a sense of modern and rustic combination, I felt right at home and could not wait to start photographing them.
The session resulted in a rather large amount of images with both posed and candid options that I can not wait to share with this lovely couple. So I’ll stop there and allow the images to do some speaking of their own. But first, I’d like to thank both Mom and Dad for making me feel so comfortable in your home, for allowing me the pleasure of documenting your beautiful baby girl within her first few days of life, and for being so kind and patient.
