When this couple initially contacted me I was shocked as I don’t typically photograph weddings, and don’t have any weddings on my website, so I had to ask, “what made you decide to contact me?” and the response that I got about my images was more then enough to make me want to meet them to discuss their special day.
When we first met I asked them to describe their wedding vision to me, and this is what they said “the ceremony will be outdoors on a tree lined pathway with a small amount of close family and friends!!” for those of you who know me well, you can just imagine how excited I got when I heard this. I love the outdoors and working with smaller groups of people is right up my ally. It was a perfect fit.
The location was absolutely breathtaking. Large trees with the changing of colours, beautiful castles, large stone siding, every photographers dream. I plan on using this location again some time in the near future, maybe even have a picnic there with my kiddies before the weather gets too cold.
So, all in all, it was a great afternoon. Thank you, Michael and Jennifer, for inviting me to capture this special moment in your lives and join in this celebration of marriage with you. I wish the two of you all the best in the years to come, may there be many laughs and good times ahead for you.
