Growth | Burlington Newborn Photographer

The growth of this family never fails to shock and excite me all at the same time. Every time I receive a message from Mom that they’re expecting another child, it makes my jaw drop, and also lights me up. With three under the age of four, this Mom is my hero!

All her babies have strong similarities but also delicate differences. I’ve absolutely loved documenting each of them individually, and this time around as an entire family unit. What a task it was, but oh so enjoyable! I just love watching the older siblings hold and snuggle their tiny new sibling. Tracing their little fingers along the edge of babies nose, moving in close for a cheek to cheek kiss, even simply holding their new baby close. It makes me melt and make all sorts of odd noises of admiration.

I imagine days at home with 4 children can be quite chaotic at times, but if anyone can do it, it’s this Mom! She exudes a sense of calmness that I’m sure her children feed off of because each and every one of them is an absolute joy to be around!

My hat goes off to you Mom and Dad! You make parenting look like the easiest job there is!

Bliss | Burlington Baby Photographer

What is it about this age that makes children so stinkin’ cute? In all my years as a newborn and baby photographer, and also as a parent, I still don’t know the answer to this question, but my goodness, six to twelve months, is an incredibly adorable phase!

This beautiful baby was in a serious state of happiness during her complimentary sitter session. Actually, her Mom and Dad tell me that she’s like this all the time, just a small bundle of pure joy! How refreshing right!! She had no idea she was modelling for me, and she allowed that huge, bubbly personality to shine on through. Gosh, if I could wish one thing for children it would be to hold onto that uninhibited mind, that place of total oblivion when you’re not even aware that others have opinions, as you don’t have any yourself at this age. To allow yourself to be completely who you are, with no goal in mind and no pressure to perform. It’s what I call babyhood bliss, and boy do I wish I could find a way to bottle that up and pour it over myself at any given moment.

And so, here’s to the bliss of being a baby! To this beautiful girl, so full of wonder and amazement at all things big and small. May you forever show this incredible personality that you have, darling girl!

Parenthood | Hamilton Family Photographer

There is magic in parenthood! It’s an unseen kind of magic, and one that is sometime’s only visible from the outside. It’s those moments when your children are climbing over you like you’re a human jungle gym, and when your laying beside your child at night, or rocking them back to sleep in the middle of the night. When your snuggled next to each other on the couch watching cartoons and their either talking your ear off or are all up in your face. Now that may not seem like any kind of magic to you, actually, that may sound more like an annoyance, but when your past these moments of young childhood it allows you to look back and see just how magical these small moments really are!

I just love watching and capturing the magic that these parents have with their three young boys! It may have felt chaotic when your beautiful boys were climbing all over you, or not ‘paying attention’ but these moments are real, and really show your family for all the magic that you share!

As always, an absolute pleasure working with you guys! Life is changing and you have plenty on your plate, but taking the time to have your family photographed each and every year is something that I hope will bring you a forever reminder of who you where, who you are, and maybe even who you’re going to be!

It is very evident that you enjoy, appreciate, and are aware of the magic of parenthood, and for that, I applaud you!

Evening Light | Mississauga Family Photographer

I loved this session so much that once I started editing I just couldn’t stop! And for the first time ever, I have a peek and gallery ready for my client on the same day. Exciting stuff I tell ya!

It’s not only those beautiful faces that kept me pushing through, it’s also this gorgeous evening light that we were dealt. Overcast skies offer up such a pretty light, and allow me to shoot in any direction imaginable. It seems that both times I’ve worked with this sweet family we’ve had the same beautiful evening light! Either we’re super lucky, or this is the way the universe tells me that we’re a good match…..you decide!

Whatever the outcome, the images don’t lie! Your family is an absolute treat to work with! Your beautiful boys always bring a smile to my face and I love that they have a certain kind of comfort around me, allowing them to be themselves and show me their personalities!

Thank you, for allowing me the pleasure of capturing your family for a second time. I really hope this becomes an annual event as I just love seeing your boys grow and change as the years pass.

I hope you enjoy your peek, and your gallery, which I will be sending over pronto!

Cuteness Overload | Oakville Family Photographer

I’m giving fair warning that you may not be able to handle the dose of cuteness that your about to see from these adorable kiddos.

The effort it took for me to stop commenting on baby boys beautiful blue eyes was nuts. I just couldn’t help myself though, you’ll see why…….oh and also, the fact that he stared me down every time I stepped in front of him, total perfection!

Rather then me trying to tell you just how cute these two are, I’ll leave you with the imagery to do some of the talking…..
