Long Limbs | Burlington Newborn Photographer

She’s an itty bitty little babe, but those limbs, my goodness, quite possibly the longest I’ve seen!

The light on this particular day was my absolute favourite ~ heavy overcast skies resulting in a light source that didn’t change with the movement of the clouds.  It was dark, and moody, and everything a photographer desires ~ well, this photographer at least 😉

Don’t get me wrong, I love the sun, but some days it can be quite a challenge to work with.

I enjoyed every moment of photographing this beautiful baby girl!  She was a challenge in the beginning and hated when I would touch her fingers, but she came around to the enjoyment of the morning after all.

Thank you, Mom and Dad, for choosing me to capture your baby girl within her first few days of life!

This gorgeous baby boy started off unsure of the posing, but after being wrapped he quickly gave into the comfort, and slept through the entire session, becoming an absolute dream to photograph!

He was cozy, content, and cute as ever!  Offering us the sweetest of grins towards the end of his session, it was as though he knew, time to wake up and have a snack after all that hard work 😉

I very much enjoyed documenting his new-ness in his first week of life, and hope to be given the pleasure of documenting his growth over the years!

Thank you for trusting in me with your early memories Mom and Dad!!

In their home | Etobicoke Newborn Photographer

I was welcomed into their gorgeous home earlier this week to document the arrival of their first born.

Not only was their home a dream to work with ~ so bright, open, and airy ~ so was their beautiful baby boy.  He was amazing!!  So completely relaxed.  He just totally went with the flow the whole session.  I did not even hear this baby make a single peep the entire time I was there, well besides the hick ups that is 😉 and he was awake for a good portion of the session too!  Just so wonderful to be around!!

I can’t thank you enough for welcoming me into your warm home.  I very much enjoyed my morning spent with you your adorable baby boy!!

Three insanely beautiful children, that look like dolls I might add, and two loving parents that are completely smitten with their babes ~ I’d say this family has it all!

Your love for one another totally oozes from your pours ~ the way Dad scoops up his children and makes them laugh,  and the way mom snuggles her babes close ~ it was a morning filled with joy for me, to see so much love and to be a part of it for a few short hours.

Simply put, I adore your family ~ your effortless interactions that interpret into such loving, heartwarming images.  I could photograph the five of you ALL.DAY.LONG!!

Thank you for allowing me the great pleasure of documenting your gorgeous family’s growth!  I really can’t put into words just how much it means ~ but let’s just say it’s a pretty big deal for me 😉

Great photography and superior staging. How on earth did you get Ayden not to make faces, which is his present norm. Dreamland definitely had a tight grip on this gorgeous baby boy!  He was born early……6 weeks early to be exact……and thus why he was such a great sleeper.  It’s said that babies that are born early will sleep longer and heavier then the average newborn ~ this statement was music to my ears, and oh so true!

He was so wonderful to work with.  Not only did the deep sleep help in allowing us plenty of positioning and prop changes, he was also quite charming with his facial expressions.

I adored everything about your session!  Seeing how much Isla has grown over the years still amazes me.  I hope to have the pleasure of photographing Adam again when he’s grown a little more!!
