Thank you Heather for capturing this joyous moment with such grace. These pictures will be a lasting memory of our first days as a complete family!
The love that this beautiful mamma has for her newborn is beyond heartwarming.
She loves him with her whole being, so much so that the feelings were just floating around the studio so thick that you could slice them.  At one point she had me in tears and then I turned the tables on her and had her in tears….these were all happy tears of course, tears of love, tears of hope, and tears of amazement.
What an absolute joy to share in this love ~ to experience it through this wonderful mamma and to capture that love, forever documented. Â There is no doubt that her handsome baby boy shares the same love for her, as when I placed him in her arms, the biggest of smiles appeared on this face, as though to say, this is were I’m happiest!
Thank you for sharing your story with me, for sharing the love you have for your son with me, and simply for being the wonderful women that you are.
May you cherish these images along with this love for the rest of your life!

Unbelievably gorgrous, heart-warming shots! He’s stunning and so is Mamma!! Heather, as always, amazing photos of precious baby Micah!!
They were in the midst of designing their gorgeous new home when I saw them last, a year ago, when they came into the studio for their youngest’s newborn session. Â It was thrilling, to hear all the design elements they had envisioned, to feel the excitement that they were exuding, to share in such an exciting experience.
Mom obviously did a fantastic job of drawing a picture in my mind, as the moment I walked through the door, it was exactly as I thought it would be……absolutely stunning!
My jaw kinda sorta hit the floor to tell you the truth. Â I mean the windows, sweeping from floor to ceiling, swallowing in so much delicious natural light. Â The light, airy tones on the walls and their choice of floor. Â The kitchen with it’s open walls and welcoming vibe. Â The sight lines throughout the house are just endless. Â I could literally go on and on about all the gorgeous elements, but I’ll let the images do some talking for themselves maybe.
And so, a rather large peek, of not only their stunning new home, but the incredible people that inhabit it.
I adore your family, I’m certain you already know that, but just so we’re clear ~ you’re an incredible bunch and I love, love, love working with you!!

We’re kicking off the New Year with a Simply Newborn promotion.
Not due in January ~ that’s okay! Â Your baby doesn’t have to be born during the month of January to take part in this promo, it must however, be booked before January 31st in order to secure these promotional rates.
With the studio currently booking into April 2016, we have very limited dates January – March, so don’t wait too late to book.
These simply newborn sessions are intended for your precious newborn only, as they are only 1-2 hours in length ~ giving us time to focus on your baby and all their sweet newness.

I’m having such a hard time finding the words to describe my feelings surrounding this session. Â Maybe it’s because I’ve been working with this family for years, or maybe its because I’m overwhelmed with happiness for them, I really can’t pin point what it is, but man oh man this lifestyle newborn session totally pulls at my heart strings.
We’ve captured their family, as they are today, in their stunning new home, surrounded by love ~ a heartwarming experience in deed!
Amazed, I am completely amazed at the amount of changes your family has gone through in the past few weeks. Â I can’t even begin to imagine how hectic it must have been at times, and you’re all so calm and relaxed and simply enjoying the presence of each other.
I have very much enjoyed documenting your family over the years!! Â From the birth of your first child, significant milestones throughout the years, and now your third baby in your stunning new home! Â Really, the pleasure has been all mine!
