Spring Mini Sessions | Burlington Family Photographer

Maybe it’s the trees in their beautiful bloom, or the lovely sound of birds chirping, or even simply the green grass that’s appearing ~ Spring is definitely one of the most beautiful seasons, and it’s here……..finally!

As with every other year, we celebrate Spring with mini sessions, and I have found an absolute gem of a location, in the heart of downtown Burlington, you will be pleasantly surprised at this gorgeous little village!

Sessions have already started to book, with a limited number remaining, and I’m not one that likes to disappoint so please do book early to avoid the sell out.

As always, I’m looking forward to seeing many familiar faces, seeing the growth in my beautiful babes (yes, if I’ve photographed your child in the past…I consider them mine 😉 ) and also meeting some new families and creating new relationships.

That Hair | Niagara Newborn Photographer

I could have ran my hands through it all day long ~ that hair!

I love newborns, no question!  Their smell, their tiny little hands and feet, itty bitty lips and noses, and mostly the soft peach fuzz that covers their cheeks ~ it’s simply the sweetest.  These are things I tend to focus on mostly as I just love them so, and plus also, they do change so rapidly in the first year, how could you not want those precious reminders of just how small they are documented.

What a lovely family you have Mom and Dad.  I can not thank you enough for allowing me the pleasure of capturing your newborns newness and your family as a whole.

Enjoy your peek, but more importantly, enjoy these two precious little people that you’ve been blessed with!

April | Burlington Lifestyle Photographer

Another fabulous month bites the dust ~ again seeming to pass with much speed.

This 365 challenge seems to actually be getting easier by the day, it no longer feels like a task, and is more just simply a part of my day, like brushing teeth for example ~ there’s no thought of will I do it today, but rather a habit…..both healthy I may add 😉

There is oodles of excitement in our home for the warmer weather amongst us, and I’m loving the daily morning question “is it warm enough for shorts today?” Yes, my little darlings, why yes it is!!!

Goodbye April

Helloooooooooooo May ~ it’s so nice to be amongst you and your warmish ways!

Naturals | Montreal Family & Children Photographer

This family is the perfect example of being natural in front of the camera ~ they interact with their babes the entire session, whether it be twirling them around, tickling them, or smothering them with hugs and kisses, they are entirely themselves.  This, it turn, allows me to be myself and simply document the moments that are being shared.

When I decided to head to Montreal for my first round of Spring sessions, this was the first family that I reached out to, not only because I adore working with them, but also because they live in Ottawa ~ much closer to Montreal then Burlington 😉  I was thrilled that they loved the idea of heading to Montreal for their session, and making a weekend out of it!

As always Mom & Dad,  it was so lovely to see you and your beautiful girls again!  Thank you for allowing me the great pleasure of photographing your gorgeous family once again!

No Eyes | Montreal Family Photographer

My clients requests are of the utmost importance to me, how could I have it any other way, of course!

This gorgeous Mom asked that we not share any images publicly showing her precious sons eyes.  Being the type of candid photographer that I am, this was not a problem at all.  And while a persons eyes can tell a whole lot about them, it is definitely not necessary when it comes to showing emotion, and being playful, as you can see here.

This train loving, energetic little boy was a treat to photograph!!  Starting off rather shy (as most children are around new people), he opened up to me quickly and showed me how much he loves and adores his Mom.

It was lovely to meet you and your handsome young man, Mom.  Thank you for allowing me the pleasure of photographing the two of you in your beautiful city.

Enjoy your peek!
