With the New Year comes a lot of resolutions. At the top of my list for 2011 was re-designing the studio, and I’m proud to say that only 4 days into the New Year, the studio is complete…….well almost complete, I’m waiting on one more piece, which may I add, was suppost to be delivered in the middle of December, so that is out of my hands.
My main focus for the re-design was to have a neutral canvas, clutter free, and I think I’ve accomplished that. Walls were painted a beautiful shade of creamy white, ivory lace curtains to bring a little texture in, and the piece I’m waiting on, which is the main piece, is a sleek and elegant champaign chaise lounge, oh so yummy!! With two windows, one facing west, the other south, the morning light is so soft and warm, this may have just become my favorite room in the house.
