For this session I went to my clients home and I’m so happy that I did. When we initially spoke they mentioned that a family member once told them that they had great light for photography. When I heard this I got super excited, now when I saw the place I was absolutely giddy.
The window reached from floor to ceiling, was facing in the right direction, and had the softest light shinning through, and to top it all off, mom-to-be was stunning and radiant with her pregnancy glow. I couldn’t have asked for more.
When I first arrived I was greeted at the front door by their sweet dog, pickles (I know, cutest name right!!) I kept saying it over and over again, I just couldn’t help myself. I knew right away that I had to get her in at least one of the photographs. When we pulled up the blinds on the window she sat right in the perfect spot in front of the gorgeous window, and there was my image just waiting to be had.
I love maternity sessions that take place in my clients home, they feel so natural, and the result is as though your sitting in your comfortable surroundings, just waiting to meet your new bundle.
Thank you for welcoming me into your home (and allowing me to re arrange your entire room) I had a great time getting to know the two of you and spending a little bit of your day with you.
