Would you believe me if I told you this beautiful boy was 1 day shy of being 1 month old? Well, on the day I met and photographed him, he was! And while this age tends to scare of some when it comes to newborn photography, I always welcome the challenge, and in this case I’m so happy that I did, because not only was his demeanour just like that of a 1 week old, it also brought his Mom, Grandma and I to meet, and what a treat that was!
It was an absolutely beautiful morning that I shared with this darling boy and his Ladies!! There was talk of angels and hummingbirds and we all meshed so incredibly well. Also, the fact that he has such an angelic look to him just made it all seem that much more serene.
It’s funny isn’t it, how you just mesh so well with certain people. From my initial contact with this baby boy’s Mom I knew we would be a good fit for each other, and once we met, I knew I was right, but the more we chatted the more the connection grew. Just wild I tell you, people don’t come into our lives for no reason, there is always something more to it, yes, even in business. I can’t put my finger on why we connected so well, however, I think it is a combination of her relationship with her super sweet Mom and also simply the way our conversation flowed so effortlessly.
I can not thank you enough Mom, for bringing your precious boy to be photographed by me, but also for being so kind, thoughtful and open with me! I will never forget this day and look so forward to seeing that gorgeous boy of yours grow and change over the months and years!
