This is our latest family portrait and I am so absolutely in love with it. I love that art can take so many different forms, whether it be a photograph, drawing, painting, writing. There are just so many different levels of artistry and I love that I’m a part of this world. I was just saying to my husband (who’s an amazing carpenter, which is another art form) the other day, that I’m so happy that our jobs enrich our lives, there not just “a job” they are our lifestyle.
Back to the portrait. This was designed by an incredibly talented friend of mine, Sharon of Miss Thio Designs. She does all sorts of designs, to name a few, baby shower invitations, birth announcements, birthday party invites, pretty much anything you want, she can do 🙂 and do it so well. I just love her creative outlet and am so thrilled that I now have this amazing family portrait to add to my walls.
