Check out the grin on this little fella, isn’t it so very sweet and devilish all at the same time.
This session was so much fun for me to photograph. I don’t normally get the pleasure of photographing older children, and it was quite a nice change from my regular babes. I just love that my job brings so much variety in people and places, could I really ask for more?!?
When we arrived to this location, the boys and I started to explore around the pond. After just a couple images (warming them to me and my big black camera in their faces), we ended up running (and tumbling – not me thank goodness) around the pond. Every couple of steps the older boy would stop and say “look over there, that’s a great place to take a picture!” and so off we went. It was as though I didn’t have to work at all. They posed like they had done this a million times before. Every time I turned the camera in their direction, I’d get a big smile. I had to ask mom “what did you say to prep these boys?? they’re all over it!!” Just the usual, she replied. 🙂
I had so much fun on this chilly, beautiful afternoon, hanging out with two very sweet, handsome young men, and a pair of the coolest parents 🙂
